China brings infrastructure to Kenya, but culture?

China began investing heavily in Kenya’s infrastructure in 2008, and since then, Chinese-built hospitals, stadiums, airport expansions, skyscrapers and highways have proliferated across the country. Yet experts say China's cultural cachet has not yet caught up to its infrastructure prowess, raising questions about the viability of its efforts to win Kenyan hearts and minds.
