( January 31, 2013 ) Brian Doerr, a letter carrier with the United States Postal Service, was bundled up to his eyes against the elements as he delivered his route Thursday. While wind chill advisories were in effect for the area because of subzero temperatures and wind speeds in the teens, there is something to look forward to, one of the pieces of mail in Doerr's hand is a spring seed catalogue.
