Reality show costars and father-daughter combo Bruce Jenner and Kylie Jenner are no easier to keep up with than the rest of the Kardashian clan when it comes to home buying.

First, former track and field champ Bruce Jenner bought a house in Malibu in an off-market deal for $3.575 million.

Then Kylie Jenner bought a Mediterranean-style home in the gated Calabasas community where her mother and sisters live for $2.6 million.

His daughter’s 4,851-square-foot, two-story place, built in 2006, has living, family and dining rooms, two-built-in entertainment centers, a library/study, a breakfast bar, a bonus room, five bedrooms and six bathrooms. There’s also a courtyard and a three-car garage.

Outdoor amenities include a covered patio with a 26-foot-long dining table, a barbecue center and a swimming pool with a spa.

Bruce Jenner, 65, was a 1976 gold medalist in the Olympic Games in Montreal. He has appeared in recent years on the reality show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” as well as the series’ spinoffs. He and costar Kris Jenner, Kylie’s mother, were recently divorced.

Kylie Jenner, who will turn 18 in August, has largely grown up on the family reality series, which centers on the lives of household members. She and sister Kendall Jenner will be featured in an upcoming mobile game.

A spread to croon over

A onetime retreat of entertainer Bing Crosby is on the market in Rancho Mirage at $5 million.

Sitting on nearly 1.4 acres, the Midcentury Modern house has 10-foot-tall front doors that open to a sprawling 6,700 square feet on a single story.

Living and family rooms, a den and a home theater are among living spaces. The kitchen features hand-carved Moroccan doors.

An attached two-bedroom guest suite has a kitchen, a living area and a separate entrance. There’s a 1,400-square-foot master suite for a total of six bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms.

Sliding glass doors at the back of the house open to views of the Coachella Valley. The outdoor swimming pool was a popular Hollywood party spot during Crosby’s ownership.

Crosby, who died in 1977 at 74, won a lead actor Oscar for “Going My Way” (1944). He was paired with Bob Hope in the “Road to” movies from 1940 to 1962.

As a singer he recorded more than three dozen No. 1 hits, including the chart-topping “White Christmas.”

Marc Lange and Carl Blea of HOM Sotheby’s International Realty are the listing agents.

A scene worth investigating

Emily Proctor of “CSI: Miami” has listed a house in Santa Monica for $3.995 million.

She put her interior designer skills on display in the Mediterranean-style home, which has a formal entry, cathedral ceilings, a dining room with a bay window, a den, an office with built-ins, French doors, five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The master suite features a sitting room and a balcony.

Part of the garage has been converted into a music studio. The 1986 home has 4,460 square feet of living space.

A swimming pool with a spa, patio and mature landscaping complete the grounds.

Proctor, 46, starred on “CSI: Miami” from 2002 to 2012. She has also been on “The West Wing” and “White Collar.”

Fogerty later turned to a solo career, where he found continued success. His most recent solo album, “Wrote a Song for Everyone,” was released two years ago.

He bought the property in 2008 for $1.385 million and had leased it out in recent years at $5,400 a month.
