The Clippers play at New York against the Knicks on Wednesday at 4 p.m. in their first game of a three-game trip.

The Clippers are in fifth place in the Western Conference with a record of 46-25, while the Knicks (14-57) are in last place in the East with the worst record in the NBA.

The Clippers have won four games in a row and have gone 4-1 since All-Star power forward Blake Grififn returned to the lineup on March 15. The Knicks have lost four games in a row, including its last three by an average of 18 points.

The Clippers have won their last five games in a row against the Knicks.

Chris Paul has been rolling recently and was selected the NBA’s Western Conference player of the week after averaging 26 points, 11.3 assists, 4.8 rebounds and two steals from March 16-22, helping the Clippers go undefeated in their four games over that period.

In the five games that Griffin has played since his return, he’s averaged 18.8 points, 8.6 rebounds and 5.2 assists, only a slight dip in points from what he was averaging before he was sidelined -- 22.5 points, 7.5 rebounds and 5.1 assists a game.

The Clippers’ biggest bump in the road right now is that reserve guard Jamal Crawford (right calf bruise) has missed 10 consecutive games. There is no timeline for his return.

Clippers’ reserve guard Nate Robinson (sore left knee) is questionable for Wednesday’s game.

The Knicks have a much longer injury list: Cleanthony Early (sprained left ankle) is probable while Tim Hardaway Jr. (sprained right wrist), Alexey Shved (rib contusion) and Travis Wear (sore lower back) are questionable for Wednesday’s game. Jose Calderon (sore left achilles) and Carmelo Anthony (left knee surgery) are out.
