Interstate 95 southbound at MD 24This is the odd duck of the bunch, a Harford County bottleneck that pings the radar only during the holiday travel days in November and December. But what a snarl, lasting on some days from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and extending an average maximum length of 14 miles. It falls off the charts the rest of the year, usually replaced by another Baltimore Beltway interchange.
