There wouldn't be a Ravens without Edgar Allan Poe, the pioneering American horror and mystery writer who lived in Baltimore for several years and after whose poem the team was named. So why not stop by the Westminster Burying Grounds, at the corner of W. Fayette and Greene streets, and pay your respects? Without Poe, who knows what sort of silly name our NFL team might have gotten. Can you imagine the Baltimore Marylanders?
