One of Cleveland’s 2012 first-round draft picks is No. 4 overall, meaning the Rams, who have a bunch of needs, can still nab an elite prospect if they move back a couple of spots. Looking at the St. Louis depth chart, the Rams could use help at wide receiver, offensive tackle and cornerback. Oklahoma State’s
are the top prospects, respectively, at those positions.
