He could spend some time with Larisa Latynina, the Russian gymnast who held the record as the most decorated Olympian in history with 18 medals before Phelps scored his summer haul. Latynina, now in her late 70s, was in London to watch as Phelps broke her record. She told the Associated Press: "I saw him swim, and I saw my record swim away." It seems fitting the two should meet (if they haven't already). Phelps should be welcomed with open arms since Moscow's Kremlin, above, loves gold.
