UPDATE: I just talked to Scores Baltimore Gentlemen's Club general manager Sean Lewis about how last night went. Here's what he said:
"It was awesome. [Lulu] was more like a celebrity judge. Her thing was to judge the originality. We've been wanting to have [the Pole Dance Competition] for a few years, and we'll definitely do it again. A dancer named Melissa from Pennsylvania won; she danced to classical music all night. The turnout was good, a couple hundred at least. Sailors were in. One of my waittresses sang 'The Star Spangled Banner.'"
"There were definitely people that wanted to say hi [to Lulu.] She's a really nice girl, a nice person to be around. My house girls told her how much they enjoyed her on '
When I asked Lewis if Lulu would be making another appearance at Scores any time soon, he chuckled and said, "Not on stage."
Just ask Lulu, the "pleasantly plump" 27-year-old pole dancer from Hanover who auditioned on"America's Got Talent"earlier this month. She'll be a guest-judge for the first-ever Pole Dance Competition at Scores Baltimore Gentlemen's Club tonight. Lulu will be available for photos and autographs after the competition.
The contest starts at 9 p.m., and will feature dancers from "all over," according to a press release from Scores. Naturally, Lulu will judge the "Technique Category."
