When Tehra Williams, 26, came to the Baltimore Fashion Alliance Holiday Party, her outfit was a complete expression of what she dubs her "flirty, young and fresh" style of "urban sophistication" -- in more ways than one. In addition working in digital advertising for the NAACP's "The Crisis Magazine," the Windsor Hills resident designs her own "Tehra Pilar" clothing line. "I specialize in wide leg pants. They're my favorite thing." However, on this particular night, she chose the red and green "Christmas Plaid Romper" with the tuxedo shirt front from her line. Under the romper, she layered an emerald green chiffon and lace camisole that she bought in Belgium. Then, she added a wide black stretch belt from Forever 21, some patterned tights, red suede platform pumps and gold bangles from Rainbow, and a gold glitter Victoria's Secret clutch.
