Rachel Franzen, 34, is known for her unique style. "It's funky/eclectic, but feminine," said the KNJ Consulting Group sales executive. "I mix sexy and masculine and try to balance the look, like Frye boots with sexy jeans." When meeting a friend for drinks at Wit & Wisdom, Franzen started with a form-fitting black bandage dress with purple piping that she found at Forever 21. "This is the only thing in my closet from that store," she said. The basic framework was completed with black leathr Via Spiga small platform boots from Nordstrom and a shiny black Tory Burch clutch with gunmetal logo. For her tough edge, the Towson resident added a double horn pendant necklace and an enameled snakeskin-patterned cuff bracelet.
