Safety Bernard Pollard, who has missed the past two games after aggravating a rib/chest injury, returned to practice Wednesday.
It's his first appearance at practice since the days leading up to the Ravens' Dec. 9 game against the Washington Redskins.
The only two Ravens missing from practice Wednesday were right guard Marshal Yanda (ankle) and defensive tackle Haloti Ngata (knee/shoulder). Yanda and Ngata both played in Sunday's victory against the New York Giants. There has been no indication that either Yanda or Ngata had a setback in the game.
Wide receiver Anquan Boldin (bruised shoulder) also was practicing Wednesday, along with wide receiver Tandon Doss (ankle) and linebacker Albert McClellan. Both Doss and McClellan were inactive against the Giants.
The Ravens need a victory over the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday and a New England Patriots' loss to the Miami Dolphins to move into the third seed in the AFC. Ravens coach John Harbaugh has not been definitive on how he will approach the game and whether he will rest some of his starters or his banged-up players.
