Jesse Kopelke, 23, likes a look that's "modern with a little bit of an edge," which she displayed on a Valentine's Day date at the National Aquarium Baltimore's "Love Under the Sea Date Night." The Catonsville resident wore a coral chiffon Charlotte Russe one-shoulder tunic with a ruffle and pleated neckline, a pair of skinny jeans from Garage and tan Style & Co. slouch boots from Macy's. She added a pair of charm-loaded silver wire teardrop earrings from Target and a bunch of gold beaded silver stretch bangle bracelets that were a gift. Her little black wristlet bag came from New York & Co. "You can't have too much edge where I work," said the Maryland Department of Health Medicaid policy analyst. "But I always have to have just a little. That's what inspired my haircut."
