Tori Marriner, 29, brings a touch of Audrey Hepburn to the Cystic Foundation's "Howard County's Finest 39 Under 39 Honoree Reception" at the Turf Valley Resort. The chief experience officer for Victoria Gastro Pub goes for a style that's "sleek with a modern but classic twist" in a black cotton White House/Black Market halter dress. She added that twist with a wide stretch patent-leather belt with a hammered "O" buckle that she found in New York City, a pair of black patent-leather slingback platform sandals from White House/Black Market and a black leather Shiraleah foldover clutch from Nordstrom. And then there is the Brookeville resident's jewelry: pearl and silver drop earrings, bracelet, watch and long necklace wrapped twice around her neck. All came from Radcliffe Jewelers, and all were by her favorite jewelry designer. "I love, love, love David Yurman. You can dress him up. You can dress him down. [His pieces] work for business and for a night on the town."
