It's hard to imagine that Laura Scruggs was a self-described tomboy when she was growing up. The color pink was always a way for her to remain feminine. That's why it's is her favorite color. I always liked pink. It's a happy color, the 22-year-old Federal Hill resident explained. Wearing pink, I can be really girly. Wearing pink is my key to great style. When we spotted Scruggs at work as the program coordinator at the Ulman Cancer Fun For Young Adults, we immediately picked up on the pink theme. It started with her fuchsia suede flats and belt from J. Crew. It was a nice pop of color to offset her tweed-like dress from J. Crew. Her white Banana Republic scarf gave the look a Bohemian twist. Her accessories -- a laptop bag from Aldo; a vintage looking ring that she purchased from a boutique in Old Ellicott City; diamond studs from a boutique in Bethany Beach, Del.; and a watch from N.Y. & Co. -- completed the look. I have a classic and colorful sense of style, she explained.
