Sarah Kramm, 24, says she loves a "vintage-inspired" style. "I love the '60s. At a cocktail party atop the 1111 Light Street apartment building, Kramm was fab in a layered taupe chiffon tunic from Forever 21, black leggings from Zara, and black platform pumps from the Steve Madden store. Her David Yurman bangles, rings and earrings were gifts from her parents. She bought her treasured satchel at the Louis Vuitton store. "It's my go-to purse," says the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100603012000" title="Locust Point" href="/topic/us/maryland/baltimore-county/baltimore/locust-point-PLGEO100100603012000.topic">Locust Point</a> resident.
