Friends of Dr. Metti Kanno, 43, say the Canton resident is known for her style, which she describes as "urban chic." For dinner at Townhouse Kitchen + Bar the physician who specializes infectious disease for Mid-Atlantic Permanente Group chooses a gray button down H&M shirt over black pinstripe Ann Taylor Loft pants, belted with a reversible lime and turquoise satin obi sash that she "got at some boutique somewhere." She adds more dash with a pair of Kenneth Cole dark gray, light gray and black patent leather wedges that she bought in Chicago. She found her snakeskin tote at the BCBG Max Azria store, her hammered silver ring at a boutique in Rehoboth Beach and her crystal drop earrings at a jewelry story in Annapolis Mall. Kanno said she generally goes for neutral colors and adds "a splash of color."
