Then, the State of Maryland health policy analyst added a vintage skinny black belt that had been her grandmother's. The Arc de Triomphe pendant also came from her grandmother. It was a charm on a charm bracelet she had. Her flat black leather sandals were a Forever 21 purchase. The <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PLGEO100100603012200" title="Mount Vernon" href="/topic/us/maryland/baltimore-county/baltimore/mount-vernon-PLGEO100100603012200.topic">Mount Vernon</a> resident "stole" the black cross-body envelope bag from her sister. Her <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PRDCAS0000662" title="Marc Jacobs" href="/topic/services-shopping/clothing-accessories-shoes/marc-jacobs-PRDCAS0000662.topic">Marc Jacobs</a> sunglasses were a gift. Although, Regan says she generally goes for a "classic, chic line," she does covet the designs of one not-so-simple designer. "One of my favorite books is <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="PECLB000005099" title="Alexander McQueen" href="/topic/economy-business-finance/consumer-goods-industries/clothing-textiles-industry/alexander-mcqueen-PECLB000005099.topic">Alexander McQueen</a>: Savage Beauty." If she could afford his over-the-top pieces, would she wear them? "Absolutely."
