For a lesson in layering, look no further than Tracy Brandys, 45, whom we "glimpsed' at the Sheraton Baltimore North in Towson. The CBS Radio Baltimore vice president of sales started with a black straight Tahari skirt from Bloomingdales, over which she added a hot pink cap-sleeve tank, then a pink, gray, black and cream boucle jacket with black grosgrain ribbon trim by Guess by Marciano. The Phoenix resident bought both years ago at Nordstrom, which is also where she found her black patent leather buckle peep-toe Linea Paolo slingbacks, and her gold and white pearl stretch bangle bracelets. Her Louis Vuitton black bucket bag and her silver and topaz pendant were Neiman Marcus purchases. She found her Charriol watch at Radcliffe Jewelers. Her secret to her style that's "classic with a pop of color?" "Shoes and bags. I accessorize with them. Colors, styles, platforms -- I pretty much like it all."
