Lea Nichols, 33, loves creating great outfits with a variety of separates and accessories that changes from day to night. "I work in an office during the day, so I'm dressed in very classic pieces from Ann Taylor, The Limited and Saks [Fifth Avenue]," says the U.S. Department of Defense finance consultant. "At night, I still try to stay classy, but I like a more modern look." For the "Date Night Auction" Leukemia & Lymphoma Society fundraiser at Mother's Federal Hill Grille, that meant some dark-wash boot-cut jeans from the Lucky store, topped with a one-shoulder ruched purple jersey top from The Limited, and some silver leather cork wedge sandals from the Banana Republic. Nichols -- who likes to mix metals -- added more shine to her look with a gold cross-body bag from the Kate Spade store, gold bangles from a Washington boutique and a multi-strand gold seed bead necklace she found at a boutique in Key West, Fla. "I love chunky jewelry, especially necklaces and earrings. They can make an outfit." 05/11/12 -- Baltimore, MD --Lea Nichols, glimpsed at the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society's date night auction.
