Lisa Barber, 21, knew how to dress when going to the Usher concert at 1st Mariner Arena -- in her usual style of "comfortable, casual, cute, sexy but not trashy." We "glimpsed" the Towson University student in a lime and blue plaid wool jacket from Target over her military-influenced khaki canvas jacket from Walmart and khaki colored cotton tank. The Edgewood resident picked up her cool multi-color striped cotton bubble skirt and her white enamel hoop earrings when she was studying abroad in Spain. Her jeggings and stone pendant came from Walmart, and her cream scarf from American Eagle. Barber's orange slouch handbag was a gift. She picked up her bangle bracelets at Charlotte Russe, where she also found her beige suede buckle ankle boots, which leads us to her fashion passion. She loves shoes, and boots in particular. "I have lots of boots with high heels. It says you're warm, but you put effort into what you wear."
