L.Q. Huang doesn't let a little rain dampen her stylish ways. "My sense of style is whatever I decide that morning," the 34-year-old Owings Mills resident said. "I'm impulsive." She layered a cardigan from Ann Taylor Loft. Her skirt was from Limited. Her earrings were from Forever 21. And her colorful patterned umbrella was designed by Tots, which was sold at Target. "Comfort is the key to great style," she said. "It's significant."
