Even on a rainy, chilly Baltimore day, Nicole L. Montez stood out amid the masses of lunch-goers rushing for shelter. "The key to great style is having an open mind," the 46-year-old Baltimore City employee said. "Wear what you feel comfortable with." Montez described her sense of style as eclectic. "I go from vintage to sophisticated," she said. "I'm open." Her retro-looking hat was purchased at Gap. She also picked up her dress from Gap. She layered the dress over a simple shirt from Gap. She wore tights from Marshalls with her Anne Klein boots. Her Larry Levine coat was purchased at Burlington Coat Factory. So was her red leather purse, which gave her a pop of color. Her dangling earrings were from Express, her smaller hoops were from Sears and her scarf was from K-Mart.
