Zhitong Zhang celebrated her 26th birthday by heading to the Art of Conversation Baltimore's Poetry Open Mic at Peace & A Cup of Joe. And the T. Rowe Price financial analyst did so in her trademark "energetic, retro-influenced" style. The Little Italy resident started with a black and white dress from Ann Taylor Loft. She pumped it up with a multi-color printed yellow scarf she had spotted on a trip to Paris with friend Arti Aryal, who had just given her the scarf as a birthday present. Her pearl necklace had been her grandmother's. Her handbag came from the Coach outlet and her hot pink pumps from Payless. When it comes to fashion passions, Zhang has a few. "I love polka dots," she says. "I really love bright patterns and colors. My favorite color is green. I have this green polka-dotted scarf that is my favorite thing ever."
