Jessica Rausch, 23, underplays her style when she describes it as "classic with a twist." When we "glimpsed this architect from Vincent Greene Architects at the Red Star Bar & Grill, she had constructed a look with good lines and great color, and a whole lot of "wow." Rausch started with a bright blue tube dress from the American Apparel store, and topped it off with a drapey white linen BCBG jacket from Lord & Taylor and two long silver chains. One, she bought in St. Augustine, Fla., and the other -- a David Yurman necklace -- was a gift. She picked up her natural leather platform sandals at the Coach store, and her natural leather Mulberry satchel on a trip to London. The Fells Point resident says she likes to have fun with colorful nail polish on both her fingers and toes. She says this outfit is a good example of her twisty classicism. "I like a blazer, but not the traditional [boxy] double-breasted type. ... I like to buy nice basics -- handbags, shoes and jewelry -- and then go to H&M and get something trendy."
