When it comes to her "classic and fun" style, Frannie Guiou, 35, has a secret weapon. This Anheuser-Busch contemporary market representative comes across great fashion finds at Kohl's. "It's great for shopping on a budget, and you find things there no one else is wearing. The Jennifer Lopez line is my absolute favorite. I wear those dresses and feel like a million bucks." The Butcher's Hill resident looked smashing even when she was wearing another line at Cupcake, for the "Pretty for Preakness" shopping and wine tasting event put on by the House of Ruth Maryland Young Professionals Group. Guiou sported a black, red, taupe and white print Banana Republic tunic dress to which she added accessories from Kohl's; gray suede Candie's platform pumps and an Apt. 9 black leather clutch. She bought her bracelet at the David Yurman store in Tyson's Corner.
