We thought Jeannie Zouck, 25, was too cool for school at the Biggest Little Tailgate Party, the annual M&T Bank Stadium fundraiser for Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Greater Chesapeake. The GiveCorps director of merchant services wore a turquoise T-shirt she says she "got at Gap Body about 10 years ago" with Forever 21 skinny jeans, which she capped off with a vintage navy Hutzler's blazer "from my mom's closet" and a turquoise fringe scarf she found at the Goodwill store. She added to her cool vibe with emerald green Tom's espadrilles from Nordstrom and Anne Klein glasses from For Eyes Optical. Color is a major component of a style the Roland Park resident describes as vintage-inspired preppy. "The bolder, the better in terms of color," she says. "A friend of mine says, [because] I'm always wearing at least four colors, it's the Rule of Four."
