In a style that's "a mix of classic and trends," Diedra Bishop is a standout at work. We "glimpsed" the Johns Hopkins Institutions director of East Baltimore Community Affairs at her office in Fells Point in a classic black knit St. John sleeveless dress from Nordstrom, topped with a black and white tweed Bob Mackie jacket with yellow cord trim which she found at Stein Mart. The Columbia resident perfected the outfit with black leather pointy toe Linea Paolo slingback pumps she's had for a while, a David Yurman bangle from Nordstrom, silver and pearl David Yurman stud earrings from Radcliffe Jewelers, a dual time zone David Yurman watch she bought in Jamaica and a brown crocodile patterned leather Brahmin handbag that she got at the Newbury and Smith consignment shop. Bishop believes in "quality over quantity," but she also likes to hunt for that good deal. Another one of her secrets for keeping that impeccable look? "Standing appointments: for hair, nails and facials. You need to be good to yourself."
