Sibyl Snow, 27, has some creative resources for her "professional and modern" style. When we "glimpsed" the Catonsville resident on the job as assistant to the director of admissions at Notre Dame of Maryland University, she was wearing a fuchsia jersey Banana Republic dress she found at the Second Time Around consignment shop in DC. Her Ann Taylor black patent leather peep toe pumps with bows on the toes came from another favorite consignment shop, Re Deux in Roland Park. "I like going to consignment stores. It's like going treasure hunting. you never known what you're going to find." Meanwhile, her double strand necklace of gunmetal colored beads was created by co-worker Angela Baumler. "Her sister owns The Potomac Bead Company. So she makes necklaces and bracelets all the time and gives them out at Christmas. But sometimes she just brings them into the office and we borrow them. Sometimes we 'borrow' them to keep." Her silver bangle and Tumi briefcase were a gifts from her aunt.
