On a hot, hot day at the Towson Farmers Market, Michelle LaFlamme, 18, managed to look cool in her "cute" style. The Baltimore County Permits Office clerk sported a red belted navy and white pinstriped IZ Byer shirt dress with puffed sleeves that was a gift, and silver Old Navy flip-flops. Her boyfriend bought her the peridot pendant and opal ring at Kohl's, and made her one of her string bracelets. The Lutherville resident made the other one, and then added a Silly Band. Her white slouch bag -- from a mall kiosk -- had its own accessory; an autograph by Baltimore Raven Chris Carr. "He was at a 98 Rock promotion in Arbutus, and this was the only thing I had [for him to sign]."
