Classic styles with pops of color and personality are the name of the game when it comes to Tiffany Dawn Soto's approach to fashion. "I would never buy a skirt or a top I didn't think I could still wear in 10 years and be stylish," said the 30-year-old multi-outlet beverage manager at The Four Seasons. "I have lots of black and whites with splashes of red, purple, orange or lime. There are only a few colors a redhead can pull off." When we spotted the Elkridge resident at work, we loved the clean, crisp feel of Sotos ensemble. The Thomas Pink button down shirt paired well with the red Ted Baker tie. Her black skirt from White House Black Market created a sleek silhouette. The peep toe patent leather heels from Nordstrom were killer. Her leather handbag was purchased from a boutique in Japan. She got her rings and earrings from Jared, and her funky glasses were designed by Jill Stuart. "The key to great style us putting on something that makes you feel great about walking down the street," she said. "I think it's OK to stay classic in the basics and bold in the accessories."
