Kate McPhail, 28, likes a personal style that's "classic with a pop; something trendy or something colorful, but professional" in her job as a Tech USA account executive. She certainly accomplished that mission when we "glimpsed" the Bel Air resident on her way to a business lunch at B&O American Brasserie. McPhail sported a gray Mossimo sheath dress from Target that she'd popped with a pair of light pink faux snakeskin peep-toe pumps from Payless, a purple shoulder bag from the Coach outlet and a mother-of-pearl and silver triple strand bracelet from New York & Co. Her little hammered silver hoop earrings came from her grandmother. McPhail says she has trouble getting rid of clothes. "So, I try to stay the same size so I can keep wearing them."
