Liz Koontz, 28, described her style as "retro hopeful." All jokes aside, the employee in the mayor's office succeed in her vintage attempts when we spotted her outside of City Hall. Her hat, purchased at Target, oozed retro. Her Calvin Klein dress from Marshall's also had a vintage feel. Her Calvin Klein coat -- also from Marshall's -- worked well with the overall retro theme. Her flats from Target, custom made necklace from Etsy, purse from Simply Vera Wang at Kohl's and bracelet and ring from Egypt completed the look. "The key to great style is finding great pieces and finding a way to put it together," she said.
