Grass-fed beef burger

Baltimore Burger Bar, 830 W. 36th St., Baltimore 410-878-1266, Given the range of specialty toppings, we couldn't help but order this with champagne caviar aioli, black sesame onion slaw and roasted garlic mayo. The luxurious burger ($9) delivered a trace of garlic in one bite, a crackle of black sesame in the next, along with a whisper of caviar. A buttery brioche bun put this burger in four-star territory.
