"It doesn't matter what it cost as long as you look good," the Fells Point resident said. We agree, especially when you're wearing a cute cream studded blouse from Forever 21 with black pants from Marshall's and pointed heels from Charlotte Russe. Her jewelry was all from a yardsale. Her belt was from The Gap, and her purse was a gift from a friend. |
