Meaball roll call: The A5 Kobe Meatball at Aldo's

The Kobe Meatball was added to the permanent menu at Aldo's in February 2012. General Manager Sergio Vitale calls it a decadent variation of the veal meatball served at his nearby restaurant, Chazz: A Bronx Original . Served with Roma sausage gravy and whipped ricotta, the Kobe meatball is made with 100% A5 grade kobe beef. It's a little larger than six ounces, feeds 2 people and is available at $14.
