At 25 years old, this artists' cooperative is the oldest art gallery in St. Mary's County. But there's nothing dated about the creations featured here, courtesy some 30 Southern Maryland artists, who specialize in a variety of media, including paint, photography, ceramic, glass and metal. This "Striped Bass" stoneware platter ($125) was made by ceramicist Sarah Houde. Metal artist Bud Adams created the shell-shaped brass vessel and trivet ($225). Lara Rupinski's disc and stand ($50) is just one of many offerings in art glass. North End Gallery is at 41625 Fenwick St., Leonardtown. Call 301-475-3130 or go to northendgallery.org.
