Protest rally

A protest against the <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="ORCIG000038" title="AFSCME" href="/topic/career-workplace/unions/afscme-ORCIG000038.topic">American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees</a> (AFSCME) rally took place on College Ave. near the State House. Some who protested were for Families for Maryland, and Wicomico Maryland Society of Patriots.against proposed changes to state workers' pensions. Adam Mendelson, Managing Director Public Affairs for Maryland State Education Association (msea) estimated that 15,000 people attended the rally.
