Even if you have never heard of DC Comics' superhero Green Arrow, this is a fast-paced (even at an hour) and refreshingly character-driven take, starring Stephen Amell as Oliver Queen/Arrow and developed by Greg Berlanti (who wrote "Green Lantern" and produced "Brothers & Sisters." "Supernatural" fans, this one's for you.
