As finance director for Empire Dealer Services in Boston, Mass., Heather Turmenne, 31, normally goes for what she calls a "professional fashion chic" look. But, for Harbor East's FashionEASTa event, she went more "fashionista," she said, with an ensemble of a "teal-ish" green Forever 21 high-low dress paired with a black belt, black leggings and stacked bangles, all from Express. She bought her big ring at the Swarovski store, her Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses at Nordstrom and her black Style & Co. bag at Macy's. And then there were her fab black suede wedges that featured great floppy flowers on the toes - one of five pairs she bought at Bakers Shoes because she loved them so much. "I have three in black - because they get beat-up - one in white and one in light blue."
