Lydia Reichner, 22, was ready for summer in the ensemble she wore to the "4th Annual Hope in the Harbor Gala" at the American Visionary Art Museum. The Ellicott City resident sported a cool mint green statement necklace from Francesca's Collections set off by a hot pink Ann Taylor sheath. She borrowed the cream snakeskin Expressions NY clutch from her sister for the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital fundraiser. Her nude patent leather Enzo Angiolini peep-toe platform pumps were on sale at Lord & Taylor. Her David Yurman bangle and ring were gifts. "This is a very conservative dress for me," said the Hello Washington DC event planner, who describes her usual style as "fun and trendy with bright colors." A couple of things she's into these days? "I like jean jackets right now," she said. "And I love maxi dresses."
