AL Manager: Buck Showalter

It doesn't take much of an argument to sell Showalter's merits to this fan base. He guided the Orioles to 93 wins (after they lost 93 the previous year), and they were a few key hits away from playing in the American League Championship Series after being picked by many to finish last in the division. Showalter has already been named the Sporting News' AL Manager of the Year.
