Pollard is hard-hitting, well-traveled safety who thinks hes found a home on a Ravens defense known for being tough. While no one questions his ability to strike fear in receivers crossing the middle, it remains unclear whether hes an upgrade over the other options Tom Zbikowski and Haruki Nakamura in pass coverage. Sure, Ed Reed is still an elite play maker, but as hes recently admitted hes not exactly a young player anymore. And with uncertainty at cornerback, the Ravens secondary needs to have strong chemistry if it is going to succeed.
