Carol Greider

Carol Greider is a molecular biologist at Johns Hopkins University. She received the 2009 Nobel Prize for Physiology or Medicine along with colleagues Elizabeth Blackburn and Jack Szostak. Greider and Blackburn were the first women to simultaneously win the prize in medicine. She is a 2011 inductee of the Maryland Women’s Hall of Fame.
