McKinnie arrived in Baltimore on Sunday after missing the Ravens' first three practices of training camp. He was removed from the restricted/did not report list today, but since he still can't practice, he'll land on either the physically unable to perform list or the non-football injury list.
Harbaugh said that McKinnie "started the process of getting his physical finished up this morning.
"He and I had a long conversation, a good conversation," Harbaugh continued. "Like I've said many times, I think the world of B-Mac. I do believe he's a hard worker. I do believe he's been working hard, but he's not ready to practice yet. When he's ready to practice, he'll be out there."
McKinnie, who has battled weight issues throughout his career, has told people that he didn't report to camp because he hurt his back in an accident at home.
