I checked it a couple times to make sure I hadn't missed anyone. And I really believe I haven't.
According to baseball-reference.com, there are 44 active major league pitchers who have at least 80 career wins – a modest accomplishment, but impressive considering all who have played the game.

Freddy Garcia, the 36-year-old right-hander who has started four times for the Orioles' Triple-A affiliate in Norfolk this month and agreed to make five starts in the minors before forcing the big league club to make a decision, is ninth on the active list with 152 wins.

The funny thing is that the list of active pitchers with 80 wins or more is littered with players the Orioles have targeted – or have been rumored to have targeted -- over the years:
