"We're moving to 9 a.m. as part of a new news and information format," Steiner wrote in an email. "It's very exciting and will allow for some interesting changes, development and growth for our show."

Steiner's show will run from 9 to 11 a.m. weekdays. It will be preceded by Amy Goodman and followed by Michel Martin.
Steiner has been on the air at WEAA since 2009.
UPDATE: According to Steiner, Anthony McCarthy will take over Steiner's old 5 to 7 p.m. weeknight slot starting May 13.
As you can see from Steiner's statement above, the changes are said to be part of a move to a "news and information" format at WEAA.
