Started in Paris as, "diner en blanc" a public dinner party for a select few who are dressed in white and bringing matching tableclothes, where people don't know the location until right before the event. It's happened in Baltimore Tuesday night, with its own twist as all attendees will be dressed in black, eating on black clothed tables. This party was at the Frederick Douglass-Isaac Myers Maritime Park and organized by William Hanksin.
