Juneteenth
Gwendolyn Presberry of Catonsville shakes hands with Jumoke Gyenyame during a Juneteenth celebration at Fort McHenry. Gyenyame portrayed William Williams, a runaway slave who fought for the Americans and died during the British fleets 25-hour bombardment of the fort in September 1814. Juneteenth commemorates the end of slavery in the United States.
