Tickets are sold out for possible
home games in the wild-card and
Division Series rounds of the playoffs, a club spokesman said Monday.
The news came as the Orioles returned to Baltimore to begin their final homestand of the season with a one-game lead for the top spot in the AL wild-card race.
Tickets for the wild card and Games 1 and 2 of the division series were gone within an hour after they went on sale to the public Saturday morning, said Orioles spokesman Greg Bader. Bader said tickets for a third division series game -- which would occur only if the Orioles win the
-- sold out by early afternoon Saturday.
Season ticket holders already had a chance to purchase seats for potential American League Championship Series and
games, but Bader said tickets for those rounds would probably not go on sale to the public until after the Orioles secure a postseason berth.
He added that a few more tickets could go on sale for the wild card and divisional series if the visiting team and
